Meetings are open to the public

Parish Council meetings are open to members of the public and there is a part of the meeting during which residents have an opportunity to raise a topic and speak for three minutes, up to ten minutes collectively.

Members of the public may raise issues with any Councillor of the Parish Council outside of meetings, and request the issue be included on the Agenda.

A copy of the agenda will be displayed on the noticeboard outside West End Stores and will be emailed directly to every resident who has subscribed to the Clerk’s list. The agenda is displayed on an overhead projector during the meeting so you do not need to print one to bring along with you.

Draft minutes of the previous meeting will be made available as soon as possible and an approved version uploaded once ratified by Full Council at the following meeting.
