Fownhope Flower Club was formed in the early 1980s and became affiliated to NAFAS a year later. We belong to the Three Counties and South Wales Area.
The aim of the Club is to enjoy, inspire, educate and encourage all forms of Floral Art. We also use these skills to support Charity Organisations with fundraising and displays.
For many years we have organised an Advent Market on the last Saturday morning in November in the New Memorial Hall. There are many stalls offering all manner of homemade goods and preserves, and a Mammoth Raffle. Our Christmas themed stall sells Christmas arrangements, wreaths and decorations and gives members a chance to show their flower arranging skills. The event is always great fun and is a really happy, festive prelude to Christmas.
The Club meets at The New Memorial Hall in Fownhope on the third Thursday of the month (excluding August and December). The evening commences at 7.30pm.
The Club Dinner takes place in January and we usually have one outdoors meeting in the Summer.
We always welcome new members and visitors.

This year Fownhope Flower Club has been asked to organise the Three Counties and South Wales entry in the Flower Arranging competitions at the RHS Malvern Spring Festival. The Area Category title is “PZAZZ”. Sandra and her team are working very hard at the moment devising and planning their design. It is a great honour to have been asked to represent Area.
Anyone wishing to visit the show and see the exhibits, should apply for tickets to rhsmalvern.co.uk or by phone 0344 338 5400.
