Hall pricing

Lechmere Hall (winter rate: October 2024 to March 2025)	£13 per hour
Tesco Room (winter rate: October 2024 to March 2025)	£8 per hour
Lechmere Hall (summer rate: April 2025 to September 2025)	£12 per hour
Tesco Room (summer rate: April 2025 to September 2025)	£7 per hour
Use of the bar to serve alcoholic drinks (A Temporary Event Notice is required in order to sell alcoholic drinks. Further information on this is available from Herefordshire Council).	£15 per event
Provision of a technician to assist with sound reinforcement, projector or stage lighting	£15 per event
Provision and erection of staging according to user’s requirements	£15 per event

If both the Lechmere Hall and the Tesco Room are booked for the same event, this would qualify for a 50% discount on the price of the Tesco Room.

For one-off events, organisers are normally asked to pay a returnable £100 security deposit and the full booking fee in advance. Contact the Booking Secretary for full details.

Bookings and the rates that apply cover the whole time the Hall is occupied, including setting up and clearing up time, not just the duration of the event itself. Users who stay beyond the time booked may create a conflict with another user and may incur an additional charge.

Bookings are subject to our Conditions of Hire then in force, which might include the payment in advance of a security deposit.
