Marsha O’Mahoney has worked as a newspaper reporter, author and writer of a number of books and commissioned works, oral historian on a series of documentary film projects, and as a memoirist.
Marsha gave an entertaining and illuminating talk to the History Group in 2023 based on her book The Scratch of the Hop, a history of hop growing in Herefordshire and the Marches.
This year, she will be drawing on recorded material, photographs and written memoirs, collected in the course of writing River Voices: Extraordinary Stories from the Wye, published in 2019.
