Keep Fownhope beautiful

Join us to help keep our village beautiful, and then for a drink at The Green Man afterwards. Everyone is very welcome.

We’ll cut back encroaching grass at Scotch Firs, and also prune some low tree branches and remove nettles. It’s one of dozens of tasks carried out by volunteers around the village each year, helping Fownhope continue to be such a wonderful place to live.

Meet at 7pm outside the Fire Station. Please bring gloves. If you have them available, a pair of loppers and a half moon grass cutter would be useful.

There is no need to pre-book, you can just turn up and help out.
