Hall Garden Work Party

We’re creating a beautiful new garden outside the New Memorial Hall — and we need your help!
Much progress has already been made, but there is still more to do.
The aim for this session is to dig out the weeds, clear the dead grass, remove two laurels, and dig over the bank to loosen the earth.
It will then be ready for planting up at a later date, and sowing of wildflowers in the patch by the wall.
People will need forks and spades, hand tools, rakes and bow saws or heavy duty loppers.
