Shaping the Future of our Play Area

Have your say in our playground and recreation field survey. Please answer by 30 June 2025.

Fownhope Parish Council has secured some Section 106 funding to improve the play facilities at the Recreation Field – and we want your ideas.

This is your chance to help shape how the space develops over the coming years. The funding can be used to upgrade the enclosed children’s playground or enhance the wider recreation field, with new or improved equipment and facilities.

We’re at the early stages, and your input will help us prioritise what matters most. Whether it’s better toddler play, something for older children, improved seating, shade, sport facilities or something completely new – we want to hear from everyone who uses the space.

The project will happen in phases, depending on how much extra funding we can raise. But the first step is gathering your thoughts.
