B4224 – Various Road Closures April, May, June 2025

The B4224 at Mordiford Bridge will be closed for essential bridge repairs on a full 24-hour road closure between 12th April and 27th April. The official diversion is via Dormington and onto the A438. Letter and Map

Following that, Herefordshire Council are undertaking a series of road resurfacing works on the B4224 between Fownhope and Old Gore. It is currently understood that these will be daytime road closures between 8am and 5pm. Access to properties will be enabled via the contractor but there may be wait times.

28th April to 16th May: B4224 from The Vicarage, Fownhope to C1298 Sollershope: Site Location Plan – Diversion

19th May to 27th May: B4224 from How Caple Grange to Little Owl Farm: Site Location Plan – Diversion

27th May to 10th June: B4224 – B4225 junction to Cross In Hand.: Site Location Plan – Diversion
