DESCRIPTION:Seasonal Cider Tasting Evening (7pm – 9pm)🍏 🎄🦌 \nJoin The Ciderologist\, Gabe Cook\, for a unique and exclusive tutored cider tasting session. Born and bred in Dymock and now Fownhope resident\, Gabe is the world’s foremost cider expert. He has worked in the industry for 20 years\, firstly making cider at Broome Farm\, Peterstow and Westons before moving into a Corporate Communications role for Bulmers (Heineken). A stint making cider and wine in New Zealand followed before a return to the UK to establish The Ciderologist. \nAs well as undertaking fun and informative tasting sessions\, Gabe has written books (one of which will be available to purchase on the night)\, is a global cider judge\, cider sommelier\, educator and resident cider expert on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch. \nThe session will involve tasting five different ciders\, some from near and some from far that showcases cider’s great quality and diversity. \nWassail! \n£20 Please contact Sue Pope to book a place. \nAdvance booking is essential.  \nWe are always looking for new suggestions for further workshops/talks – requests for different subjects and fresh ideas are always welcome.
